For merchandise orders, returns are accepted for unused items within 60 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

For food purchases, Dick’s Drive-In Restaurants strives to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
