Hungry for a quick bite or feeding a whole team? Here’s everything you need to know about ordering at the Drive-In from individuals and small groups, to placing large orders for bigger gatherings.

Standard Food Orders

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN VISITING DICK’S DRIVE-IN

Parking is available at all locations. We offer walk-up service only—no drive-thru or carhop. Place your order at one of our classic windows. Watch your food made fresh in our open fishbowl kitchen, and get it within minutes. No call-ahead, table service, or custom orders—just fast, friendly service of burgers, fries, shakes, and sundaes served the same way since 1954.

  • No customizations or modifications to menu items.

  • We accept cash, credit, and tap-to-pay payments.

  • You can choose to Round Up for Charity at checkout. Simply say “Please, round up my order” and the crew member helping you will round your total to the nearest dollar. All proceeds go directly to the Dick’s Drive-In Charity Partners.

We’re sorry to hear something wasn’t right with your order! We want every meal at Dick’s Drive-In to have that fresh, classic taste you know and love.

If there’s an issue with your food or service, just bring your meal back to the window and let a crew member know—we’ll make it right with a replacement.

Large Food Orders

Planning a big event, team lunch, or celebration? Dick’s Drive-In can help feed your crowd with large burger orders—available for pickup from most locations.

 

With enough notice, we can usually get your crew their favorite Dick’s burgers! (Just burgers, though—our fries, shakes, and ice cream don’t travel well.) Large order limits vary by our large and small locations to keep things fresh and fast for everyone.

How to order

  • Contact your preferred location at least 7 days in advance to confirm timing and availability.

  • On pickup day, call 2 hours before your scheduled time to confirm—you call, we grill!

  • Bring your credit card and ID when you arrive for pickup.

BURGERS ARE BEST FRESH
Once you’ve picked up your order, plan to keep them warm and enjoy them within 2 hours.
