Crew Positions & Pay

  • Crew Members: $22/hr starting, up to $26/hr fully trained

  • Shift Managers: Up to $8/hr above base, promoted from within

  • Store Managers: Promoted from within

  • Scholarships & Childcare

    $36,000 Four-Year Scholarship for college, vocational programs, or self-improvement

    Childcare assistance $5,000–$13,000/year, usable through the scholarship program
