1. SPONSOR
The Soccer Mom MVP Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Dick’s Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION
The Contest is a skill-based promotion in which eligible participants submit nominations describing an individual who has made a meaningful impact supporting a soccer team or community. Entries will be evaluated based on the judging criteria set forth below. This Contest is not a game of chance.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
The individual nominated (the “Nominee”) must be a legal resident of the State of Washington and at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The “Soccer Mom MVP” title is used as a general, descriptive expression of community support and shall not be construed to limit eligibility based on gender, gender identity, parental status, or specific role or relationship to a team. Eligible Nominees may include any individual who has supported a soccer team or community in any capacity.
Employees of Sponsor’s corporate offices, including administrative, marketing, support, and executive personnel, as well as General Managers and Regional Managers, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or be nominated.
