It’s Harvest Time!
Right now, farmers in Eastern Washington are harvesting potatoes and delivering them directly from the ground to our restaurants, which allows us to make the best fries of the season!
3 Simple Ingredients
We start with our locally sourced Washington potatoes that are washed, hand-cut and soaked in water to remove any access starch.
Then we double-drop fry our potatoes in an all-natural sunflower seed oil.
Finally, we sprinkle a dash of salt for the tri-fecta.
