Health checks and screenings
Take the temperature of each employee at the entrance. If their temperature is above 99.8° send the employee home and they cannot return until they have been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

In store cleaning checklist
All surfaces both employee and customer accessed will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized every hour and documented with the following checklist. The areas that have been monitored include but are not limited to: the customer service counter, restrooms, employee break areas and doorways.

Provided for all Dick’s Drive-In employees on the employee portal “CHIP” is a collection of available resources to help further educate and inform the employee on how to protect and prevent the spread both when actively working and outside the store.

Sanitizing & Sterilizing Procedure and Solutions
All sanitizing and sterilization (performed each morning prior to opening and every hour until closed) is done using a solution of both water and bleach.
